Il d\u00e9crit les progr\u00e8s que nous avons r\u00e9alis\u00e9s en lien avec notre strat\u00e9gie environnementale, sociale et de gouvernance (ESG). En 2024, nous avons continu\u00e9 \u00e0 formaliser notre strat\u00e9gie ESG et \u00e0 mettre en \u0153uvre les domaines d&#8217;intervention identifi\u00e9s dans notre rapport ESG 2023.    <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lisez le rapport et les <a href=\"https:\/\/calian.stage.tbkdev.com\/dev\/calian.com\/src\/www\/esg\/fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">pages ESG<\/a>pour conna\u00eetre les principaux faits marquants et les histoires d&#8217;impact qui d\u00e9montrent comment nous continuons \u00e0 vivre notre vision ESG, Calian CARES\u2122 (Collaboration to Advance Resilience Excellence and Sustainability).  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;une des principales r\u00e9alisations a \u00e9t\u00e9 de satisfaire aux exigences de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.canada.ca\/fr\/services\/environnement\/meteo\/changementsclimatiques\/plan-climatique\/carboneutralite-2050\/defi.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">la<\/a>deuxi\u00e8me \u00e9tape du <a href=\"https:\/\/www.canada.ca\/fr\/services\/environnement\/meteo\/changementsclimatiques\/plan-climatique\/carboneutralite-2050\/defi.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">D\u00e9fi z\u00e9ro net (NZC)<\/a>en r\u00e9alisant une analyse des sc\u00e9narios climatiques et en \u00e9tablissant des objectifs provisoires de r\u00e9duction des \u00e9missions. Le NZC est con\u00e7u pour que les secteurs public et priv\u00e9 parviennent \u00e0 des \u00e9missions nettes z\u00e9ro d&#8217;ici 2050. Il est dirig\u00e9 par le gouvernement du Canada et vise \u00e0 encourager les organisations de tous les secteurs \u00e0 prendre des mesures pour r\u00e9duire les \u00e9missions de gaz \u00e0 effet de serre et s&#8217;attaquer aux probl\u00e8mes li\u00e9s au climat. Nous avons \u00e9galement publi\u00e9 notre deuxi\u00e8me<a href=\"https:\/\/calian.stage.tbkdev.com\/dev\/calian.com\/src\/app\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2025\/01\/Final-2024-TCFD-Report-Published.pdf?_gl=1*9uruev*_gcl_au*MzcwNzkzMDQzLjE3MzQzNjM2NTc.\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">rapport TCFD<\/a>, conform\u00e9ment aux nouvelles normes de divulgation canadiennes qui entreront en vigueur en 2026.    <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous sommes fiers de toute l&#8217;\u00e9quipe de Calian pour tout ce qu&#8217;elle a fait pour soutenir notre strat\u00e9gie ESG et nous sommes impatients de poursuivre sur notre lanc\u00e9e en 2025, alors que
